Configuring ACD Softkeys Using Configuration Files

(55i, 57i, 57i CT)

You use the following parameters to configure ACD support in the configuration

files for 55i, 57i, 57i CT:

• softkeyN type

• softkeyN label

• softkeyN line

• softkeyN states

A sample configuration file is shown below:

softkey1 type: acd

softkey1 label: sales

softkey1 line: 1

softkey1 states: idle

In addition to the above parameters, you can also use the following parameters to

configure ACD support in the configuration files for 57i, 57i CT:

• topsoftkeyN type

• topsoftkeyN label

• topsoftkeyN line

• topsoftkeyN states

A sample configuration file is shown below:

topsoftkey1 type: acd

topsoftkey1 label: sales

topsoftkey1 line: 1

topsoftkey1 states: idle
