Configuring ACD Programmable Keys Using Configuration Files

(53i, 55i)

You use the following parameter to configure ACD support in the configuration

files:

• prgkeyN type

• prgkeyN line

prgkeyN type

Configuration Files aastra.cfg, <mac>.cfg

Description Defines the type of programmable key for this key.

To configure an ACD programmable key, set this parameter to “acd.”

Range See the IP Phone Administrator’s Guide.

Example prgkey4 type: acd
